I was finding when I returned home from work that the Einstein screen saver would seem to be stepping on itself. In other words there would be multiple instances of the same screen saver running. You could physically see one overlaying the other. And when you would wake the machine, I found as many as 8 instances of this screen server. Determined by seeing the boinc tab on the bottom status with number 8 in it, each with the label of Einstein. Non of the other projects has this problem. Seti and QMC are the other two projects that run on the machine.
I started looking at my power settings and found that both my hard drive and monitor were to shut off after 20 minutes... Ie: Default settings. When I changed both to not go to sleep at all, the issue of Einstein stepping on itself went away.
I know that ati vids are flaky, I had issue with the drivers when I installed service pack 3.
Stats on Machine.

Well, I found a work around... But I wondered if anyone else has noticed this.
