Website: fixed BOINC character encoding

Hi everyone,

We fixed an issue with the character encoding used when displaying data from our BOINC project database. This concerns mainly your profiles and team details where, up to now, international (non-ASCII) characters might have been displayed incorrectly. So called BOINC-wide teams were particularly affected by this as they're periodically imported from upstream BOINC.

IOW, BOINC-wide teams should now all be displayed correctly with their original international characters. If you changed your profile details or (non-BOINC-wide) team details to fix those issues yourself after we migrated to Drupal, you might have to fix those now one more final time. Should the editor not pre-load the existing text on edit, just copy and paste it manually.
