Gee.. I might be able to help you.

In the Bionc manager click on 'Account'

Beside the Change Header Click on "Other Account Info"
Edit Account window is displayed

Click On 'Country' and Select 'Serbia and Montenegro'

Click on ' Update Info'

Hope this helps...:-)

I think the problem here is

I think the problem here is rather that "Serbia" and not "Serbia and Montenegro" would be the preferred choice, as the former country "Serbia and Montenegro" split up. I guess this is a general problem with the BOINC web interface software not being up to date with political realities in the Balcans.

I used to go swimming to Punta Salvore, in former Jugoslavia, and had to cross only one border with my propusnica (kind of passport for local travel). Now I would have to cross two borders, one to Slovenia and another to Croatia, which has taken most of Istria. Life can be complicated in the Balkans.
