Hi all,

can I just again ask if anyone is running any GTX 1050Ti? Would like to compare these very lean GPUs with my (quick but very) powerhungry 280x...

Many thanks in advance,

Kailee71.

I am running a  GTX 1050 Ti on a Windows 10 PC. It looks like a task will take about 2 hpurs. GPU temperature is 27 C and GPU fan 30% but the back panel fan is running faster at times.

This is not going well on my GTX660. Over 2 hrs run  time, shows zero progress, uses a full CPU core and GPUZ shows very little usage.

Please bear in mind that the

Please bear in mind that the FGRPB1G GPU application for Windows is currently still marked as Beta because it doesn't utilize the GPU fully (as you noticed). A lot of the things that the Linux app is doing on the GPU are still done on the CPU on Windows. Bernd is working on this and this has his top priority.

Sure, no complains. Just an information that might help to fix the issue.

The first one finished and took 4h44m, CPU time was a  bit over 3 hrs and it validated.  I have se NNT because I have sadly downloaded 171 of these devils. Hopefully soon Bernd will get this sorted out so they won't time out.

12-15-2016

MAC is now on the 1.13 Units.  I'll probably be starting the 1.14 Units some time tomorrow.

Win XP Pro x64:  I've Suspended the Arecibo BRP4G work and most of the FGRPB1G 1.15 Units to start crunching TWO of the 1.15 Units to see how my EVGA GTX-760 handles the 1.15 Units at two at a time.  I'll report back when the 760 completes these first two 1.15 Units.  I'm 36 + Min. into crunching the first two 1.15 Units now, and am at 40% complete.

[EDIT:]

Now at 67% at 1 Hr 18 Min. 15 Sec.

TL

[EDIT 2:]

Now at 86.5% at 2 Hrs 20 Min 45 Sec.  (I'm now estimating 3 + Hours to complete 2 Units at a time on my GTX-760 in Win XP Pro x64 for the 1.15 Units.)

TL

[EDIT 3:]

Now at 98% Remaining Time Estimated has been at 0 for half an hour, and Elapsed is still counting up at 4 Hrs 37 Min and 20 Sec.  Probably won't finish until the 5 Hour Mark...
