Need help how to configure to use all cores all the time, not to go to efficiency mode...

Think the easiest solution would be to use the free version of Core Director by Bitsum, the maker of the original Process Lasso.

Simple one click solution to keep high intensity tasks, like Boinc, off the E cores.
