    I run E@H on 4 PC's. I found it necessary to reinstall W/7 on one. While reloading E@H on that PC,I made a typo in my E- mail address.I uninstalled BOINC,cleaned out control panel,download file and trash.
    Re-install,and it comes right up with the bad info.
    Any help or opinions would be welcome. Thanks

      Did you check if the directory C:\ProgramData\Boinc was deleted? That is where the project data is stored.

      EDIT: No need actually to reinstall BOINC. Make a project detach. After that attach again.

        Thank you,Chritoph! I was feeling so frustrated that I shut down my LAN for 2 weeks. Your suggestion worked,and I am now engaged in solving five or six problems on other machines.

        Has anyone else noticed a resemblance between PC's and a gang of three-year olds?
