I don't think this is possible. Put No New Tasks on the slow computer and finish what work you have there, then go on with the faster computer.

That is called 'sneaker netting' and is discouraged under Boinc. It was an easy way for some to cheat so was discouraged when Boinc first came out. The easy answer, for some, is to get a really long internet cable and only plug it in when you need it, or just go wireless on that pc. You can get a USB wireless connector for around 20 bucks when on sale in the US.
