Can account "Name" be changed (retain credits accumulated)?

Is it possible (either programatically or through a request to be done manually) for an Account "Name" to be modified?
I understand I could open a new account with the new name but then I lose all the credits associated under my old account name.
I didn't see any obvious options under
General Preferences
or
Einstein@home Preferences

Sure. Go to Your Account, then click on the other account info option. Top one is your name which can be changed.
Save changes to the web site, then update BOINC: Open BOINC Manager, Advanced view, Projects tab, select Einstein, click Update.
