Good morning, after not sleeping for almost 38 hours I am fairly well rested and ready for a new day. I use a cpap machine and left it on location after a trip I just made and could not go to sleep at all once I got back home again. It is now back at my home and sleeping is good!
I cordially hate mine, but I grudgingly admit that it does help me sleep better. I even took it along the last time I went on an overnight train trip.
I didn't get one until I started peeing in the bed when I was still sleeping, the Doctor said I was a few heartbeats away from never waking up again! He said peeing is one of those things you do as you die, I'm not quite ready for that yet so I wear mine.
I actually have a bipap, it's a 2 level machine meaning one pressure when I inhale and a different pressure when I exhale. My wife has an old cpap, single constant pressure machine, but I just couldn't sleep when I tried it, I just couldn't exhale right. I wear a full face mask, being a retired f/f it was easy to get used too, and exhaling while the air is being forced in isn't easy.
It's interesting the lady teaching me about the machine had no clue that f/f's use the same principle of positive air flow on their air masks, but it's done to keep any bad stuff out. I guess I have been using a cpap for many years and just didn't know it, the pressure in a f/f air mask is much lower of course.

Mine covers my mouth and nose. The most annoying thing about it is high pressure air escaping around my nose and blowing into my eyes. Second most annoying is the straps going right across the tips of my earlobes.
Do you have the kind with an adjustable forehead brace? My older mask has one and it stopped that around the eyes leakage. I have major problems with the new one that does not so I don't wear it.

I have been pretty lucky in that I get about 6 to 6.5 hours sleep before my bladder wakes me up too, but then I can't go back to sleep so I just get up. Your mask could be coming off when you roll over if you don't lift your head enough, it may not be a fixable thing unless you crank down on the straps. As for the earlobes mine must be different as my straps sit below mine.
Sunny day here and not too hot so I went outside and put a battery in my retired 4X4 to take a short drive just to see how it was running after another winter in the garage (I have had this for almost 40 years)
Parked behind the house in the shade and tossed out some cracked corn a few feet away for the wild ducks that expect me to feed them every year.
I only drive the 4X4 in the spring and summer if it isn't raining.
But it takes a few days to clean it all back up and then a bit of wax to try to keep it looking as good as possible for a 40 year old truck.
It took me a couple hours just to clean all the windows and both doors (inside and out)
Put a fancy new carburetor in her last Fall but didn't get much of a chance to drive and see how it does as far as gas mileage.
I am getting close to that over the hill age so I need a bunch of gold to fall out of the sky out on the lawn so I can pay somebody else to do this (I have 3 other cars too)
But I have had this one since I was 18 and I am trying to decide what I should give her for the 40th birthday
Maybe new leather upholstery for the old bench seat ......that should last as long as me or longer
