This is general question about BOINC projects which also includes Einstein@Home.

I have noticed that my user profile has a list of current and past projects that I was or am involved.

Is there a time limit for how long a past project that I am no longer attached to will remain before it gets deleted? I prefer to have my old projects that I am no longer running to be removed from the stats. I would like my user profile to just contain the current projects only.

BOINC Projects Stats

As long as their on the same CPID (which depends on the email used) they will all show up. If you want only your current project to show, then you need to change the email address on the other project accounts. Or change the email on your currently preferred project's account.

Or you can just create a project specific signature box at someplace like BOINC Stats or Munday Web.

Post back if this isn't clear.

I tried to log onto my user

I tried to log onto my user profiles on the old projects but that does not work. It seems that my accounts on these old projects no longer exist. I thought that when I detach from a project, my user profile for that project gets deleted. Correct? If so, then how does BOINC continue to keep track of the old info for the stats websites?
