Yes, but with a much stronger gravitational field. I think that frame dragging has been confirmed, from all I have read. It now remains to us to detect gravitational waves, then all of Einstein's 1915 theory predictions shall be confirmed by experiments."Theory determines what can be observed"(Albert Einstein).
